Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see the Lord. Matthew 5:8
Yvonne Sharp, 88, of Bremen, died peacefully Saturday, May 2, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 5, 1937 in Majestic, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Pearl (Harr) Chapman.
Yvonne was small in stature but her unwavering faith in the Lord and unconditional love of her family was enormous. Her love was fierce, unconditional and unending. She lived her life serving others with a selfless heart. She became an ordained minister and proudly married many of her family and friends. Together she and Lester traveled to all 50 states. Over the years, she enjoyed gardening, crafting, reading, thrifting with her sisters and cookouts, but most of all she cherished time with her family. She was the heart of our family and will be deeply missed.
Yvonne is survived by her sons, Lester F. Jr. (Brigette) Sharp and Clarence E. "Chip" (Becky) Sharp; grandchildren, Lizzie (Waylon) Boyd, Justin (Jessica) Bell-Sharp, Maggie (Tyler) Walsh, Cody (Shelly) Bell-Sharp, Bryan (Samantha) Fauke, Samantha Green, Megan (Brett Uetrecht) Sharp, Miranda (Blake) Dean, Joe (Edna) Ogg and Angela Ogg; 21 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Kerry Rodriquez, Charlene Boch, Sharon Hickey, Jeanne Chapman and Margie (Randy) Howard; sisters-in-law, Patricia Chapman, Florence Hitchings; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Fulgium; great-granddaughter, Makyna Grace Dean; sisters, Eleanor Chapman and Beaulah Cooperrider; brothers, Robert , Willis , Clarence Jr., Lowell, and Jack (Kathy) Chapman; sisters-in-law, Betty (John) Sharp and Kathy (Jack) Chapman; sister-in-law, Betty (John) Sharp; brother-in-law, Stephen Boch; and several nieces and nephews.
