Webster “Leroy” Poling, 74, of Bremen, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010 at Homestead Care and Rehabilitation Center, Lancaster, Ohio. He was born June 30, 1936 in Junction City, Ohio, the son of Charles and Iola (Goodlive) Poling. He was a 1954 graduate of Junction City High School. Leroy was a lifelong resident of Bremen, a veteran of the United States Army and member of the American Legion Post #20. He retired as a printer from One Write Company. Leroy was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lester Poling. He is survived by three sons, Bryan (Tammy) Poling of Lancaster, Glen (Jennifer) Poling and Barry (Jodi) Poling both of Bremen; one sister-in-law, Florence Poling of Columbus, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Jessica and Joshua Poling, Amber Poling, Alyssa and Austin Green, Rachel and Wyatt Moyer and Luke Poling; two nieces and one nephew. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, November 2 from 3-7 PM in the Morgan Funeral Home, 124 Fort St. Bremen, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Roger Hale officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
