Mark Edward Brown, 53, passed away in his sleep unexpectedly on March 9th, 2025 in Lancaster, Ohio. He was born January 5th, 1972 to the late Joe & Wanda Brown.
Mark dedicated many years of his career to O’Reilly Auto Parts, where he has worked since 2007. His passion for cars extended beyond his profession, as he was an avid racing enthusiast. He also co-owned a pizza shop in Rushville, Ohio with close family friends for short period of time.
Beyond his work, Mark found joy in coaching basketball, which he did for many seasons while his children were growing up. He also loved rooting for the Dallas Cowboys regardless how bad their season was going. Mark loved spending time outdoors, gardening, fishing, starting burn piles & taking his grandchildren on rides to the pond.
Mark is survived by his wife, Heather Brown; his children, Montana (Michael) Pompeo, Morgan Brown, Madison (Aaron Cremeans) Brown, Cameron Keaton, Megan (Tyler) Keaton, Mikayla Keaton and Ben (Katie) Keaton; beloved grandchildren, Maverick, Mazie, Michael & Maxwell Pompeo, Hudson Cremeans, Karly & Jaxton Lane & Arlo Keaton; brothers, Joey (Debbie) Brown, Dennis (Kelly) Brown and sister, Rebecca Brown; best friends, Roger Taylor and Scott Durst; and many nieces, nephews & cousins.
