Linda Sue Syfert Julian, 58, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018. She was born June 1, 1959 in Lancaster, Ohio the daughter of William Duane and Eleanor L. (Bowersock) Syfert.
Linda had worked at Essex Wire, Lancaster National Meters and more recently with her sister’s in their house cleaning business. Growing up Linda enjoyed riding bikes and horses. Linda enjoyed singing and dancing at family get togethers’ and was once a member of country band that performed in the area. She looked forward to all the holidays and parties to spend time with family. Linda was always excited to get the car and Harley ready for her and Dan to take to car shows or just for an afternoon drive to spend time together. Linda and Dan had their feline children to spoil and dress up for Halloween, to take trick or treating in the neighborhood. She loved flower gardening. Linda touched the hearts of so many people, especially the hearts of her nieces and nephews, whom she had her own little nicknames. They fondly remember rides on her mower or golf cart in the woods or just being silly in the yard playing. Linda lived her life with a deep and loving purpose. The care and love she showed others revealed her amazing, gentle spirit. The emptiness felt by all the people she touched is great.
Linda is survived by her mother; her husband, Daniel B. Julian, whom she married June 29, 1985; step-son, Bryon Julian (Angie); step-grandson, Shad Julian; her fur babies, Chester and Little B; brothers, Dave (Shirley) Tom (Diane) and William (Donna) Syfert; sisters, Mary (Ron) Harmon, Jean Phillips(Bill Brown), Sarah Alexander, Sandy (Andy) Kilbarger, Connie (Allen) Robey and Shelby (Don Reinschield) Syfert; sister-in-law, Lucinda (Stuart) Palestrant; brothers-in-law, Tim and Ben Julian; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; her father and mother-in-law, Don and Eileen Julian; cousin, Cheryl Hiles; and cats, He He, Cali Jean, Toby and Buttons.
