John Joe Reynolds

John Reynolds, 83, of Crossenville, Ohio died Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at Kingsbury Senior Living. He was born August 28, 1943 in Crossenville, Ohio to Samuel James and Edna Marie (Miller) Reynolds.

John was a 1961 graduate of New Lexington High School. He retired after 31 years as a corrections officer at Southeastern Correctional Institute.

John is survived by his daughter, Lynette Reynolds; brother, Jim; sisters, Mary and Edna Mae; and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gay Reynolds in 2006; infant son; and brother, William Reynolds.

A time to visit with John's family will be Monday, October 19, 2026 from 6 - 8 PM at Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
