Jeremy L. Proulex, 34, died Thursday, October 13, 2016. He was born June 14, 1982 in Lancaster, Ohio. He is survived by his mother, Judy; grandmother, Sue Ellen; children, Jeremiah, Caleb and Lyla; siblings, Joey, Barbara, Jennifer and Rosa; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and best friend, Paul Watson. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lowell; and father, Junior. Jeremy was a very hard worker, a fabulous guitar player and loved his family dearly. Private services will be held at the convenience of his family. Arrangements with Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen.
