Jack L. Morgan, 80, of Lancaster, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Pickering House. He was born January 11, 1936 in Williamsport, Ohio, the son of the late Marvin F. and Erma L. (Blair) Morgan. Jack retired from Anchor Hocking with 48 years service.
Jack is survived by his wife of 29 years, Shirley (Miller) Morgan; children, Roger (Kammi) Morgan, Jill (Jim) Palmer, Ellen (Randy) Rodgers and Melodie Morgan; step-children, Bobby (Judy) Pyles and Sharon Hammel; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Marion (Suzanne) Morgan and John (Mary) Morgan; sister, Loretta (Ron) Rosser; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Alma Morgan; Gladene Morgan; son, Tony R. Morgan; brother, Robert Morgan; sister, Martha Miller; step-daughter, Sondra McClin; and great-granddaughter, Olivia.
A time to visit with Jack’s family will be Sunday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen. Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 AM in the funeral home with Steve Daugherty and Gary Ross officiating. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
