Harold Eugene Hiles

Harold Eugene Hiles, 87, of Lancaster, Ohio died Saturday, January 17, 2026. He was born May 9, 1938 in Lancaster, Ohio to Thomas and Flossie Hiles.

Harold was a 1957 graduate of Bremen Rushcreek Memorial High School and retired from Anchor Hocking following 38 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Geraldine (Oiler) Hiles; children, Ed (Darla) Hiles, Vickie Kessler and Linda (Richard) Throckmorton; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ray Hiles and Lou Woodward; sister-in-law, Derb (Jerry) Russell; brother-in-law, Doug Oiler; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Patty; daughter-in-law, Cheryl; sons-in-law, Rick and Tommy; grandson, Jude; brothers, Tom and Ron; and sister, Barb.

A celebration of life will take place Sunday, February 22nd from 2 - 5 PM at the American Legion Post 11, 279 Canal Street, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Arrangements by Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen.
