Frances Lucille Clutter

Frances Lucille Clutter, 86, of Lancaster, Ohio died Monday, November 11, 2024 at the Pickering House, Lancaster. She was born July 28, 1938 in Augusta, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Maxine (Duncan) Hunter.
Frances was a graduate of Lancaster High School. She retired from Giant Eagle and also worked at Elderbeerman Shoe Dept. She enjoyed fishing, sewing and crafts; loved to play bingo and dancing. Frances was a friend to many.
She is survived by her sons, Terry Garlinger and Ronald Clutter; daughters, Sandra J. Baker and Jackie S. Clutter; step-son, Donald Clutter III; step-daughters, Linda Lovercheck and Barbie Jones; brothers, Charles and Calvin Hunter; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was was preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Clutter II; son, Rick Garlinger; and sister, Glenita Hammond.
A time to visit with Frances’ family will be Saturday, November 16th from 10 AM – 12 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen. Funeral services will be at 12 PM with Pastor Thomas Gill. Graveside services will follow at Grandview Cemetery, Bremen.
