Ernest Jack Grandominico, 73, died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1940 in Pleasantville to his parents, Ernest John and Opal Grandominico. “Jack” is survived by his mother, Opal Taylor, Pleasantville; son, Ernest John Grandominico, Bremen; daughter, Kendra Flowers, Lancaster; son, Kim May, Lancaster; sister, Jerri (Larry) Turner, Pleasantville; brother, Larry (Peggy) Taylor, Pleasantville; 11 grandchildren, Brandon, Kirsten, Drew and Marisa Grandominico, Gene and Alyssa Reis, Gabi Flowers, Aleah Smiley, Quentin, Dalton and Wyatt May; and great grandchild, Hunter Grandominico. He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Romona Poling; and brother, John Taylor. Jack served his country in the Air Force and was honorably discharged in January 1966. He then spent many years on the road driving semi before retiring. Upon retirement, he became an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling and visiting with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. At Jack’s request, cremation has taken place. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial for Jack at the Pumpkin Vine Golf Course, Bremen on Sunday, May 4 at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Road, Second Floor, Princeton, New Jersey 08540.
