David Leroy Reece, 70, of Mt. Perry, died Saturday, September 2, 2017. He was born November 18, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio the son of the late Robert and Helen (Fleak) Reece. Dave had worked as a diesel mechanic, last working for Golf Shapers Construction in Grant-Valkaria, Florida. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the American Legion Post 189, Sebastian, Florida.
Dave is survived by his wife of 14 years, Terry Lee (Moore) Reece; children, Dominic Reece, Nickolas, John Jr.(Loretta) Roush, Shirley (Rusty) Morris, Rachel Maston, Bobbie Jo Hardwick, Cyril Roush and Shawn Moore; 24 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert (Sue), Paul (Debbie) and Chuck; sisters, Yvonne, Patricia and Lorraine; brothers-in-law, Dan (Amy) Moore and Tracy (Lisa) Moore; sisters-in-law, Louella Aldridge and Jeri Love; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Raigner and brother-in-law, Chuck Raigner.
A visitation will take place Thursday from 5 – 8 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen. Graveside and military services will take place Monday, Sept. 11th , 10:30 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
