Craig Daniel Morgan, 46, of Bremen, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at the Pickering House, Lancaster. He was born August 8, 1976 in Lancaster, Ohio the son of Carl “CD” and Jane E. (Griggs) Morgan.
Craig was a 1994 graduate of New Lexington High School and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Engineering. He was employed by R R Donnelly (Cyril Scott). He was an active member of Salem Chapel where he served as worship leader, board member, cemetery trustee and played on the church softball team. He enjoyed coaching his kids and their teammates and watching his kids play sports.
Craig is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Regina (Huston) Morgan, whom he married November 16, 1996; children, Caleb, Owen and Paige; his parents; siblings, Cheri (Court), Doug (Missy), and Darren (Mel); Regina’s parents, Darrell and Martha Huston; sister-in-law, Misti (Travis) Rife; brother-in-law, Wayne (Lydia) Harrah; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Veleda Griggs and Homer and Dorothy Morgan; sisters-in-law, Jessica Harrah and Stori Raver.
A time to visit with Craig’s family will be Friday, October 7th from 2 – 8 PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 6935 Twp. Rd. 234, Logan, Ohio. Funeral services will take place Saturday at 11 AM at Ebenezer Baptist with Rev. Joseph Leighton officiating. Graveside services will follow at Salem Chapel Cemetery, 3975 Marietta Road SW, Junction City.
