Anita Kaye Davisson, 84, of Junction City, Ohio died Saturday, May 23, 2026 surrounded by her family. Born August 6, 1941 in Zanesville, Ohio. Kaye was a devoted mother, grandmother, and proud GG whose greatest joy in life was her family. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than life itself and her love for them could be felt in the quiet, thoughtful ways she cared for those around her every day.

Kaye was caring, sweet and gentle in every sense of the word. She was a lady of few words, but she was a wonderful listener who made people feel comforted, understood and loved, She never asked for anything from anyone and carried herself quiet grace and humility. She was not one to argue or speak harshly. Her kindness spoke louder than words ever could.

She shared a special bond with her beloved little dog, Carly, lovingly known as "Momma" who brought her endless companionship and happiness.

Kaye enjoyed cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, watching her favorite soap operas, reading, traveling, shopping and spending time with those she loved most. Shoes and jewelry were always among her favorite things to shop for and she enjoyed finding little treasures that brought her happiness. While rooting for the Buckeyes, she especially loved joining football polls and keeping score to see who would win- even if she didn't know a single person in the poll.

In her younger years, she loved collecting Elvis Presley memorabilia, Precious Moments figurines and porcelain dolls - treasures that reflected her gentle spirit and appreciation for beautiful things.

She is survived by her children, Kimberly (Todd) Hill, Craig (Kacy) Davisson and Nancy Davisson Fink; 7 grandkids, Cory (Maggie), Molly (Kaliff),  Hannah (Isaac), Brittan, Jaxson, Jacob (Meghan) and Blake (Rylee); 8 great-grandkids, Bexley, Brooks, Deegan, Tucker, Jagger, Kylie, Conner, Boone and Gabby; sister-in-law, Charlene Boring; nieces and nephews, Amy (Bob), Christy, Shawn, Shelly (Thorpe) and Kelly (Christine); great nieces and nephews, Zach (Ashley), Jayna (Michael), Josie (Jimmy), Sydney, Toni and Max; great-great niece and nephews, Laken, Lailey, Boone and Leo; and her dog, Carley. She was preceded in death by her parents, John C and Dorothy Virginia (Beach) Boring; brother, Doug Boring; sister, Suanne Young; and brother-in-law, Bob Young.
