Dorothy L. Hill Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Dorothy L. Hill, 66, of Lancaster, died Wednesday, January 3, 2017 at OSU Medical Center. She was born January 13, 1951 in Lancaster, Ohio the daughter of Charles E. and Helen Louise (Elick) Upp. Dorothy had been a resident of Main Street Terrace for many years. She was a member of Rushcreek Presbyterian Church. She graduated from Fairfield Union High School in 1969 and always spoke proudly of her times as a member of the Fairfield Union Marching Falcons. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Eugene L. Hill, whom she married February 26, 1972; children, Daniel (Karen) Elick, Christina Hill and Issac (Janet) Hill; 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Frederick, Caden, Jemma and Jordan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Jordan E. Hill. A time to visit with Dorothy’s family will be Sunday, January 7th from 1 – 5 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen. Funeral services will take place Monday at 10 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Karen Martin Kepner officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery, Bremen.
