William C. Parrish, 92, of Bremen, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville. He was born March 12, 1928 in Lookout, West Virginia the son of William F. and Rosa (Ewing) Parrish. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He had worked for Lear Corporation for over 40 years and was associated with Mt. Hope Community Church, New Lexington.
William is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, E. Mabel (Ramsey) Parrish, whom he married July 24, 1948; children, Cecil A. (Barbara) Parrish, Barbara A. (Dan) Litzinger, Brenda G. (Bill) Peck and Franklin L. (Dianna) Parrish; 14 grandchildren, Dave, Jeff, Jenny, Jason, Joel, Adam, Matthew, Joshua, Allison, Rebecca, Brian, William, Russell and Andrew; 25 great-grandchildren, Brady, Tyler, Megan, Timmy, Tiffany, Tommy, Tavish, Lochlan, Rory, Amber, Madysin, Noah, Tristan, Camden, Micah, Piper, Sloane, Dylan, Dalton, Brianna, Vanessa, Cole, Madison, Brice and Layton; 3 great-great grandsons, Tatum, Cash and Emmet; sister, Virginia (Jack) White; brother, Roy Parrish; sister-in-law, Dorothea; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Louella Cody and Lucille Carr; brothers, Herbert, Robert, Glenn and Paul “PK” Parrish; and sister-in-law, Uldine.
A private service will be held Monday, December 28th at Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Garden, Lancaster. Contributions may be made in Bill’s memory to Mt. Hope Community Church. Online condolences at
